Window wells protect your basement by preventing rain water from reaching the window with a barrier around the window and allowing the water inside the window well to drain down to the weeping tile. We use high quality galvanized window wells and 4 inch pvc pipe. The top of drain sits six inches above the bottom of the window well to prevent clogs from settlement.
